Reports indicate that climate disaster will become the biggest driver of migration in the 21st century. Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Services (LIRS) believes responding to climate displacement is a moral imperative – as both a faith-based organization and a member of the global community. We plan to continue the conversation on building equitable pathways to migration and developing climate-resilient communities.
