Pastor Kyle Seibert:   Welcome!

DSCN9871

I began serving as pastor of Our Savior Lutheran Church and Campus Ministry in 2018 and have found this community of faith to be

life-giving. We seek to be the church as we worship, pray, work towards justice, build community, love our neighbors, and grow in our Christian discipleship.

I grew up on Long Island in New York, where most of my family still resides. I studied Theology and Philosophy at Boston College, a Jesuit Catholic University. While I started college with a clear plan to graduate, attend medical school, and have a fruitful career as a physician, plans clearly changed along the way! Through many experiences, conversations, courses, living for some time in El Salvador, programs, mentors, and prayer, I moved to Chicago shortly after graduating.

While in Chicago, I earned my Master of Divinity (MDiv) from the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago and earned my Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago. While I have no aspirations of working in the corporate world, I find I use my business school training in my daily ministry. Between classes, I was fortunate to have served as a chaplain at the University of Chicago Medical Center overnights and weekends. Before moving to the Upper Valley, I served a congregation in Muscatine, Iowa.

It is a great joy of mine to serve as pastor of Our Savior Lutheran Church and Campus Ministry. If you have made it reading this far, consider this your invitation to contact me so that we can get to know one another better. Whether you are a long-time resident of the area, a newcomer, a professional, undergraduate or graduate student, I would love to share some time with you over a cup of coffee. Bring your questions, hopes, fears, and dreams. No agendas, just conversation- I promise. Email me at PastorKyle@oslchanover.org

Karen Gallagher, Organist: A cradle Lutheran, raised on Long Island, in NY, my husband Jim and I moved to Plainfield, NH with our twin boys in 1979.

Music has always been an important part of my life beginning with Sunday School, accordion and piano lessons all leading me to find my place at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, Claremont as an organist and choir director.

I was employed as the Parish Administrator of Prince of Peace and continued in that position after the creation of a joint ministry with Trinity Episcopal Church in Claremont, NH.

When there is spare time, I enjoy baking for the Holidays, crocheting, knitting, working on my genealogy project, and spending time with my husband, our three grown children, our seven grandchildren, and our “fur baby” Filmore.

I am thankful and excited for this opportunity to serve God and the people of Our Savior as part of this wonderfully musically blessed Congregation. God is Good!

Susan Ferraro, Parish Administrator:  Susan began serving in the church office in 2008.  In her free time, Susan enjoys spending time with her family, baking, knitting, and hiking.
